For the duration of the TAR, site supervisor is part of the TAR team and will report during this period to the TAR leader.
He will be in close contact with the site's maintenance and operation teams: mainly maintenance technicians, engineers, Maintenance, technology and production manager and the different TAR subcontractors.
Successful fulfillment of the role results in managing all constraints in relation to scheduled dates and target finish dates.
Main task of the TAR site supervisor is to support the TAR leader (TL) in a successful execution of a turnaround by supervising the works on for a defined part of the scope either by job-type, geographical area or a combination of both to ensure the works are executed conform to the safety and quality standards.
The TAR site supervisor reports during the TAR periode to the responsible TAR leader.

Main deliverables on the assigned scope:
- Perform safety supervision of the works, for that reason he/she has to master the related work packages.
- Advise the TL on any changes.
- Perform general QC of the works in progress, perform QC on the defined holdandwitness points.
- Monitoring progress by providing the required inputs during daily TAR meeting and ensure updating the electronic progress sheet “muurkrant”.
- Collecting, verifying and signing TRA checklists.
- Providing guidance and support to the subcontractors.
- Contribute actively to the capitalisation process, E.g by documenting updating requirements of the work packages.
